Serendipity Rises to the Occasion

Oct 2011

Earlier this year, on behalf of Serendipity: the choir, Sandra Menteith submitted an application to Wingecarribee Shire Council's Community Assistance Scheme for a grant to help purchase risers for the choir.

On July 8th we were informed that our submission to assist in covering the costs of riser modules had been successful!

Sandra and Beverley Bennett represented the choir at Council Theatrette on the evening of Wed 3rd August at 5.30pm to accept the certificate on Serendipity's behalf.

At Thursday evening's rehearsal (27 Oct) the risers had been assembled and we were eager to try them out.
